Blueberry pound cake and blueberry danishes!!! These are two of my favorite recipes. This blueberry pound cake was served with homemade vanilla ice cream. Personally, I like to have it with coffee for breakfast.
Oh how I wish I could be a professional cook- I've been toying with the idea of going to culinary school after I graduate in December...just one of my many dreams. The idea of taking pastry classes in Paris! Oui Oui!

Kate...you should really go to culinary school. I don't know what's holding you back. You love it, you're good at it, and I can eat your food. But until then, have fun in South Africa! I think I'll be in Birmingham come August for law school so I'm sure I'll be seeing you when you get back.
