I really shouldn't drink caffeine past 3 in the afternoon...I am so tired from this weekend..but my mind will not go to sleep. This is usually when I decide to write.
This Saturday's game was amazing! Playing Penn State made me feel like we were living in the Bear Bryant days... I'm happy to see our team is actually playing like those days too! The student section was packed, to say the least! Everyone was ready to see the Tide dominate our opponent....and we definitely did!
After such a long and exhausting but FUN weekend of fighting the crowds, cheering at the game, and walking to Hooligans and back, I decided to take a day of rest that consisted of church, FIG, yogurt mountain, nap at home, nap on a public bench, buffalo phils, and an evening stroll around campus.
Did I mention how much i miss MEGAN on game days? It's just not the same without my bestie here to share in the fanfare of Bama football. you are greatly missed dear friend! I think about you every time i shake my shaker, drink out of my souvenir cup, apply my Bama tattoo, see a scalper holding up tickets, get to the game 2 hours early and ppl watch, and most importantly boo when prothro's "catch" plays on the highlight video... (just to name a few).
